Ultimate Provence Rosé

Ultimate is the emblematic vintage of an absolutely contemporary Provençal rosé. Here, the grape varieties come together to enhance the fruity and floral nuances enhanced by more spicy notes, in particular with the Syrah and Rolle grape varieties. Its pale colour with sometimes coppery, sometimes silvery reflections is the result of the know-how applied in the selection of the best musts from the plots, but even more so in the press, after stabilisation on lees, to enrich the bouquet and the palate. . . Fermentation takes place between 16 and 18°C. Reductive ageing, on lees, precedes the final blend before bottling.
It has a beautiful pale pink colour with coppery highlights. On the nose it offers a palette of intense flavours and gradually reveals hints of exotic fruits, fresh lemon fused with bold floral notes that represent the spirit of Provence.
This surprising rosé reveals its best virtues on the palate, highlighting a performance with notable freshness marked by spaced touches of white pepper.
