An unusual blend made partially with raisins, in the style of the great Amarone, using the appassimento technique. It's an earthy white wine that echoes the intense aromas of grapefruit, as well as melon and tropical fruits. Very interesting and enjoyable. Winner of the Platinum Award at the 2020 Sommelier Challenge International Wine and Spirits Competition.
