After a long search to establish himself in the 90s, William Cole, an American national, fell in love with the Casablanca Valley for its colors and fertile lands that recalled his origins in the USA. This is how, in the Tapihue sector, he decided to give shape to his dream of creating a vineyard with his name.
The winery is currently part of the Tapihue Wines group, which stands out for the production of premium wines, widely recognized in Chile and the world.

William Cole Vineyards was founded in 1999 in the Tapihue area, in the heart of the Casablanca Valley. The winery located on the side of the estate has state-of-the-art technology, with a capacity of 2.5 million liters in stainless steel tanks. In addition, we have a semi-underground barrel room with a capacity for 1,500 barrels and a bottling line of 2,400 bottles per hour.

William Cole Winery is part of Tapihue Wines, who firmly believe that the quality and consistency of their wines is born in the vineyards, which is why they control all the processes from the vineyard to the bottle. They have more than 180 hectares of family-owned vineyards and have access to 500 hectares through their partners in the main valleys of Chile.

They select the valleys and areas where the different strains show their maximum expression and potential. Their vineyards are some of the pioneers of the Casablanca Valley, where the best Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah in Chile are born. Its particular characteristics and cold climate conditions make this valley essential in their product portfolio.
