Viña Quintay was founded in 2005 by renowned producers from the Casablanca Valley to produce the best Sauvignon Blanc. This is how they managed to create one of the most outstanding boutique wineries in the country.
Over the years, other strains grown in Casablanca have been added to the portfolio of limited editions and high quality standards. The winery has a capacity of 400,000 liters in stainless steel tanks with cutting-edge technology, which allow vinification in small volumes while maintaining excellent quality.
Additionally, they have 400 French oak barrels for those wines that require aging.

The management of their vineyards is geared towards the production of high-quality grapes, in addition to having continuous real-time humidity monitoring and modern frost control systems.
They have fields in different areas of Casablanca, and a few small hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the surrounding areas of the winery.
In addition to the fields in Casablanca, they have included some vineyards in the Leyda Valley, to add a distinctive touch to their Sauvignon Blanc Clava, and in the most coastal part of the Maipo Valley. The latter, located on the border with the Casablanca Valley and at 600 m above sea level, has all the coastal influence to obtain good cold climate reds.

Viña Quintay is part of Tapihue Wines, who firmly believe that the quality and consistency of their wines is born in the vineyards, which is why they control all the processes from the vineyard to the bottle. They have more than 180 hectares of family-owned vineyards and have access to 500 hectares through their partners in the main valleys of Chile.

They select the valleys and areas where the different strains show their maximum expression and potential. Their vineyards are some of the pioneers of the Casablanca Valley, where the best Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah in Chile are born. Its particular characteristics and cold climate conditions make this valley essential in their product portfolio.
