The Trapiche Winery was founded in 1883 and throughout its 130-year history, its constant search for innovation and perfection led this winery to be a pioneer in the introduction of strains of French origin and the creation of varietal wines as well as the importation of oak barrels from France and the use of stainless steel tanks.
Today, Trapiche is not only one of the most historic and traditional wineries in the region, but also one of the largest in Argentina, producing nearly 30 million bottles a year. The winery is surrounded by ten hectares of vineyards and beautiful olive groves where biodynamics reign.
