The specific characteristics of its terroir give its wines an aromatic complexity recognised by the greatest. Thanks to the estate's cool nights and its limestone soils, its vines produce wines of great aromatic freshness and remarkable finesse.
The estate is protected by 360 hectares of forest. The cool nights of the Haut-Var ensure slow and optimal ripening of the grapes. Although the rosés ripen later, the whites and reds are very well-structured and full-bodied wines that are particularly well suited to contemporary food and wine pairing.
