It's SecretsTasting Notes
Wine is for everyone...
Intense golden color with greenish flashes. The nose is very complex, with notes of white peach, pineapple, caramel, vanilla and honey. In the mouth it has a rich and unctuous structure with flavors of dried figs, toasted hazelnut and acacia. It is sweet and harmonious, with a touch of fresh acidity that balances the almond finish.
Tips for Enjoying ItPairing
Wine is for everyone...
Tradition dictates dipping the almond cookies directly into the wine, creating a perfect contrast between the sweetness of the wine and the crunch of the cookie. It is excellent with blue-veined cheeses with a strong flavor such as Gorgonzola or Roquefort since the sweetness counteracts the saltiness and acidity of the cheese.
