Known as the “little brother” of Amarone. It is characterized by an intense, deep and concentrated ruby red color. Due to its production method (refermentation on the Amarone pomace), it often presents violet reflections when it is young, evolving towards more garnet tones with aging. It is a red with a medium-high to high layer.
