Vibrant ruby ​​color with violet nuances. On the nose it presents aromas of berries, violets and light touches of spice. The palate is broad, medium-bodied with notes of dark cherry and silky tannins.

Excellent for grilled meats, risottos, pastas with Bolognese sauce and semi-hard cheeses. Fantastic with cuts of beef, duck or lamb. It harmonizes very well with a good stew with mashed potatoes.
