TheWineyard
For more than 20 years, Catherine and Patrick have strived to develop more environmentally friendly farming practices and today they have committed to a High Environmental Value (HEV) process which, like the eco-label, is an accreditation that recognizes the preservation of the environment.
This accreditation, with results-based obligations in the areas of biodiversity, vine protection, fertilization and water resource protection, fully complies with the objectives of the Grenelle Environment Forum.
This philosophy allows them to practice their winemaking craft with serenity, producing healthy and authentic wines that express the aromatic purity of the vine and reveal the spirit of the terroir. All their wines also benefit from the advantages of being a Denomination of Controlled Origin (DOC) and adhere to the Independent Winemaker Charter.

TheTerroir
ROTENBURG
It comes from two steeply sloping vineyards (Rotenberg and Burg), with east and south exposures. Its limestone soil gives it a brick-red hue, and the brightly colored marls form on top of gravel. The blend of these two terroirs results in a variety of pleasantly fragrant aromas on the nose and a complex, powerful, and long-lasting structure on the palate.
LES COMTES
The terroir is located on a gentle slope, at altitudes between 220 and 280 meters, with a southeast exposure. The soil is composed of clay-limestone marls with alluvial deposits on the surface. This composition contributes complexity to the wine. It produces a wine with a persistent structure and elegant, intense nuances of white-fleshed fruit.
