TheWineyard
Martin Pasler's vineyards, located in the Neusiedlersee region of Austria, are characterized by their organic approach, the cultivation of indigenous varieties such as Zweigelt and Grüner Veltliner, and a strong minerality derived from calcareous and slate soils, resulting in fresh, fruity and complex wines with notes of citrus, peach, black berries, spices and a distinctive mineral touch, reflecting their terroir and careful winemaking.
They have an emphasis on precision viticulture, selective pruning, yield reduction, and manual harvesting.

TheTerroir
The terroir of Martin Pasler Vineyards is characterized by the unique fusion of Leithaberg and Lake Neusiedl, creating mica slate and limestone soils that allow deep roots and dense wines, resulting in wines with great minerality, freshness and complexity, from black fruits and spices in reds like Zweigelt, to notes of honey, citrus and flowers in whites like Grüner Veltliner and Chardonnay, all under an approach of organic and traditional Austrian viticulture.
